Not unexpectedly December has been a quiet month, yet again, at Bahama Bay Resort and I don't expect things will pick up until the New Year. Spring time is usually a good time for successfully listing properties and I do hope this will be the same as previous years although it has to be born in mind that conditions are now different to times past.
There are 24 apartments listed for sale and these are as follows :-
6 San Salvador apartments at between $104900.00 and $215000.00
4 Andros apartments at between $125000.00 and $164950.00
11 Abacos apartments at between $125000.00 and $219000.00
3 Gran Bahama apartments at between $169900.00 and $224950.00
Still plenty of choice and some of these prices have come down during the month.
As for sales there is an Abacos apartment pending closing which was listed at $115900.00 and another Abacos closed during the month which was listed at $99500.00 and closed at $99600.00.
Properties have been listed and sold by various MLS participants and were taken from the Orlando MLS for December 24th, 2008.
